Deerfield Pines North
Deerfield Pines North, located at 959 SE 2nd Avenue, is a 120-unit community within the city limits of Deerfield Beach, Florida. Built in 1975 our buildings are only two stories high. There are 1- and 2-bedroom units. We are conveniently located to Interstate 95, Federal Highway, A1A, shopping centers, restaurants, schools and beaches. We are approximately 1.5 miles to the Deerfield beaches.
Our Clubhouse, recently remodeled offers saunas, walk-in showers, billiards room, fitness center, full kitchen, television, internet and BBQ area attached with outside seating for 10 people. The interior of Clubhouse can also comfortably sit 40 people for gatherings.
Our grounds are manicured twice a month by the landscapers. Our Maintenance staff ensures that the buildings, fountains and courtyards stay pristine. Our Housekeeping staff maintain the interiors of the Clubhouse, Residential hallways, laundry rooms and all patio furniture. Our Pool service is on premise twice weekly cleaning and making sure our heated pool is safe and secure to use.
Our condominiums range in price from $165,000 to $225,000. The 1-bedroom units have 1 full bath and also a half bath. The 2-bedroom units have 2 full baths. The interiors slightly differ in the kitchens. Some units have domed ceilings while others have been upgraded. There are walk-in closets, carpet, ceramic or hardwood flooring, ceiling fans, screened porches, balconies and garden views. We offer a full security system in buildings and grounds to keep you and your family safe.
With the South Florida real estate market on the move, we are a most desired community. We are governed by a Board of Directors, not a management company, keeping our expenses low. The yearly maintenance on each unit is considerably less compared to our neighboring communities that have management companies.
Whether you are looking for Monthly Rental Returns, Long Term Investment with Appreciation, or simply wanting a home in a sunny tropical paradise, now is the time to check out what we have to offer before prices rise. People from all parts of the North are flocking to southern Florida to escape the cold and taxes. Inventory is lowering daily and new construction cannot meet the demands in the area.
Give us a call or email if we can be of service to you and your family.
